In the mid part of Term One, our Year 9 and 10 students traveled to Shepparton for the GMDSSV Summer Sports, competing in volleyball, table tennis, and clay target shooting.

The day was filled with remarkable performances. Year 10 student Bonnie Bugge showcased exceptional skill, winning the Year 9/10 girls' clay target shooting event. Congratulations, Bonnie! Additionally, Sam Trembath and Sam Stillard, both in Year 10, were equal runners-up in their event, scoring an impressive 13/15.

In volleyball, our 'CAGS A' girls' team advanced to the final after winning all four of their group matches. Despite their best efforts, they were narrowly defeated by the Shepparton Super School. It was a fantastic effort by the team!

Students had a fantastic time trying out new sports and competing against peers from the district. Supervising teachers praised their great sportsmanship towards each other and their opponents.
